Connected service, beyond the install

The job ends.
You stay
connected.

Your website brings people in. ZapLatch gives the equipment you install a path back to your business—with connected emblems, service requests and a shared record of the work.

Preparing our first service-company pilots. Let’s scope yours.

A useful connection

Give the next service call
a better starting point.

Connect what customers can see with the context your team needs.

01 / GET FOUND

A website that belongs
to your business.

A managed website introduces your services and gives customers a clear place to start. Website scope and ongoing care are agreed before work begins.

02 / STAY CONNECTED

A small emblem.
A useful next step.

A phone tap opens the equipment’s service entry point. Your branding stays with the installation. Connected and unconnected physical products are separately quoted.

03 / KEEP THE CONTEXT

Less starting over.
More useful history.

Equipment records, service requests, visit notes and photos help authorized teams pick up the work. Customer and staff experiences have separate permissions.

From installation to follow-up

One object.
Two experiences.
A clearer handoff.

Customers need a way to ask for help. Technicians need the right information. ZapLatch is built to connect those moments.

Pilot release: each enabled workflow is verified with your team before customer rollout. Printed emblems only describe actions included in your delivery.
  1. Install & activate

An authorized technician assigns company-owned emblem stock to the equipment record.

  2. Tap & request

The customer reaches the service experience and submits a request with relevant details.

  3. Review & record

Your team reviews the request, records visits and keeps permitted work history with the equipment.

  4. Approve & pay

Estimate and invoice workflows support connected-company payments once Stripe setup and verification are complete.

First pilot focus

Every door has a story.

A customer taps the installed emblem, opens a service request and shares photos. Your team has an equipment record to work from.

Start small
Start with one crew, one emblem design and a small set of installed doors.

Focus the pilot on a clear customer request and a staff response process.

Before you get started

A few good questions.

Does a tap let anyone see private service records?

No. Tapping an emblem is an entry point, not staff authorization. Private tools and records require the appropriate authenticated access.

Do I need a State of Stick–managed website?

Yes, the proposed ZapLatch software offering is paired with our managed website service. We review your current site and domain before agreeing on migration or a new build.

Can I use my own branding and choose the emblem?

Yes. The catalog supports dimensions, finishes, quantities and connected or unconnected choices. Artwork and the final production proof require approval. AI concept generation is optional and remains gated until provider verification is complete.

Will this replace our dispatch or accounting system?

We do not promise that. We review the tools you already use and scope the first workflow around a specific service problem. Custom integrations require separate approval.

Can we sign up and start using every feature today?

We are preparing the first customer pilots. Contact us to scope your rollout. Payments, invitations and production are enabled only after the applicable setup and acceptance checks are complete.
